First of all contact the supplier directly to request an update. You will find your suppliers contact details from your email/text quotes or by viewing your quotes online. Alternatively, depending how you paid, contact your card company, PayPal or check your bank statements.
If the part has not yet arrived please first of all check that payment has left your debit/credit card or PayPal.
If payment has been taken, please contact your supplier and ask if your part has been dispatched. If yes, ask your supplier for the courier name and consignment number/tracking number and estimated arrival date.
If payment has not been taken, please contact your supplier to check the current status of your order.

With any items that have been returned or cancelled, and you are awaiting a refund, please call your supplier directly to check that the refund is being processed. To track your refund, please request your supplier to email, text (picture message), or fax you a copy of the refund slip.

Please call your supplier as soon as possible (we advise within 7 days) to report you have received an incorrect part.
You must provide your supplier with full details of why the item is incorrect. Please ensure you have as much information as possible (i.e. make, model, year, part, type, any numbers on the item). We recommend you contact a main dealer who may be able to advise you further. The registration number of the donor vehicle, if available from the supplier, may be useful.
Once you have called your supplier, we also suggest you send your supplier full details in written form. Including images may support your explanation. Your supplier will then investigate this issue and will advise you further.

Please call your supplier within 24 hours from when you received the part. You must provide your supplier with full details of the damage to the part and also include details of the packaging. Once you have called your supplier, we also suggest you send the supplier full details in written form. Including images may support your explanation.
We advise in our terms: ‘It is recommended that all goods be inspected upon delivery before signing. If goods prove to be damaged, contact the supplier immediately. If parcels opened on arrival and found to be damaged, please sign the POD as DAMAGED and please also sign for parcels as DAMAGED, if the driver will not let you open packaging.’
The supplier will then investigate this issue and will advise you further.
